Hannah is a UX researcher based in Richmond, Virginia. She has a BA in Sociology from Fordham University and an MA in Psychology - Human Factors and Applied Cognition from George Mason University.

She has spent the last 6+ years at CapTech Consulting, soaking in everything she can learn from a creative, talented Customer Experience team and many passionate clients. She has mentored and coached several junior folks on her team and loves sharing her zest for research.
